“I had an injury with my rotator cuff in June last year (2021) and was only allowed to do weights again from March this year (2022) after months of physio. Due to this injury I was a bit nervous starting weights again and knowing the correct technique to use when in the gym. From the start of my PT sessions to my last session i now feel confident within myself to train at the gym again.
